Yes. Your Auto Plus Plan covers the full Premium Help service for the agreed cover period at no additional cost to you. Download the app and use it as much — or as little — as you need.
How fast is armed response?
Average dispatch is under 60 seconds nationwide. Actual arrival time depends on traffic and the closest available unit — but with 5,500+ guards across the country, there's almost always someone close.
Does Project Help track my location?
No. Your GPS is shared only at the moment you press the panic button — and only with the dispatched guard. We don't log, sell or retain your movement data. Privacy is built in.
Can my family use the same plan?
Yes — the Family plan covers your spouse and dependants on a single subscription. Contact us on 0860 203 203 to upgrade.
What happens if I'm in a car accident?
Open the app, tap RAF Claim, and follow the steps: capture the scene, log the other parties, and generate the official accident report. Project Help then lodges and manages your Road Accident Fund claim end-to-end — at no extra cost.
I lost my phone. How do I re-link the app?
Just reinstall the app on the new phone and enter the same mobile number you registered at the dealership. Your Auto Plus Plan re-links automatically.
